Day 6.

Rice krispies with milk

Well I blew it! McDonalds for lunch… Burger, fries and a shake. What a shame. I am going to pay for it though – I’ll feel sick all afternoon.

Okay maybe I have redeemed myself a little – I went for a long walk after work.

For dinner – Home made fish soup and a glass of juice.
