I got my pedometer last week and I’ve already learned how to use it. As Carm and Google said, the recommended is walk 10,000 steps a day.
This week I’ll check how many steps a day I get during my work days and see the avarage next week. I’ll add 500 steps every week as my goal until I get the 10,000 a day and try to be a healthier person (and, yeah, get rid of my extra kilos).
Without classes on college (just a final exam this Friday), I could walk in the streets after work some days in this week. I could listen some music and think about some ideas to the next semester. I could see it’s a great moment to have myself as a company :)
