my workout plan: workout 3x a week, follow a food plan 6x a week, drink 10 glasses of water each day!

ok, so here’s the deal because we want to be phat without the f!! my sisters and I have challenged ourselves to lose weight by December 1st, each putting in $50 in their account till December 1st, 2009. Whoever, loses the most in measurements and weight will win the $800 saved and go on a shopping spree to celebrate, while the losers get $50 for lunch! So starting now, I must workout, eat a healthy food plan and get my 10 glasses of water daily. Wish me luck!
