but also a little nervous. Haven’t left the far east in three years. A bit unsure about what might await me – how much has the country changed? How much have I changed? How many things which once were fine will now be incompatible?
But that’s nothing which unlimited availability of prawn cocktail crisps and decent cheddar won’t make up for!
are you not thrilled to go via Kuala Lumpur? Just curious because it’s my favourite city in South East Asia! I absolutely love it.

if it were a proper stopover, but as it is it’s just another few hours to be whiled away at an airport, and quite a few extra in the air just to make the dratted detour!
EDIT did I mention that I loathe flying?
