with the right attitude and focus you can learn anything. Like when people say that it’s mind over matter that gets you through the day sometimes. Its that extra push of practice that makes your effort all worthwhile. I really want to learn this accent because I was ashamed that I lost my Staten Island/ New York accent when moving to the suburbs of New Jersey. But that’s a whole new pot of stew to taste, and a story for another time. I think I wanted to learn the Australian accent because I wanted to reinvent myself as a new person and create something that was bigger than me all together. Now that I know nothing is impossible.
