I think a lot of this has to do with just being upfront and honest. I find that a big part of me is just embrassement. I dont really like talking about what i got up to at the weekend becasue i feel that i dont really do anything excieting enough to talk about. But i suppose i just need to get it into my head that the stuff i do is different to everyone at work and even if i have a night in tht can still be something to elaborate on.
