taste a thousand cheeses
Why not?

I like cheese, I’ve tried a few. It would be a wonderful thing to expand the experiences and taste them all!

Great I want to do this too! Any tips on how to get started? Are there such things as cheese courses?

An excellent place to start are specialty cheese stores. Just like ice cream you can sample before you buy and the people there are always very informative and give recommendations.

Another option is the Cheese Plate! High end restaurants carry a cheese platter containing several selections usually consumed after the meal.

Don’t know about a cheese course but theres certainly wine and cheese tastings. They’re so much fun and you learn a lot about both wine & cheese!!

When "Cheesy" is a compliment again...

Isn’t it sad how “cheesy” is always used to knock something down? Too, too bad. It is spoiled milk, after all. But since it tastes good, why the grudge?

My favorite is blue cheese so sharp it stings the nose.

Adrian Tritschler has gotten 2 cheers on this entry.
