being slightly overweight y cant i be slightly UNDERweight?hmm im gonna try living on water and see where that gets mee

You don’t want to be underweight, not even slightly. Strive to be a healthy weight instead. And seriously, living off of water? I don’t want to sound mean, but that’s pretty crazy. Water does NOT have the vitamins and calories your body needs to survive. You’ll become very unhealthy if you deprive your body of what it needs. Did you know that people who eat properly lose more weight than people who don’t eat at all?

Look, I’m trying to lose weight too… but I want to lose it healthily so I won’t become ill over time. I pay attention to what I eat and make sure I consume a healthy amount of calories for me. Oh, and I exercise too of course. :) The food I eat gives me the energy to exercise, and speeds up my metabolism so I can burn calories faster.

Last but not least, here are some tips for you:

- Find out what your healthy weight is before attempting to lose any weight.

- Consume a healthy amount of calories each day.

- It’s unhealthy to lose more than two pounds a week.

- 3,500 calories is a pound. Burn 500 calories a day and you’ll lose a pound a week, burn 1,000 and you’ll lose two.

- Try to stay away from cakes, candies, and other sugary foods.
