I’m eating about 1,400 kcals per day. No less than 1,200 (on days when I do no exercise) and no more than about 1,600 (well it depends how much exercise I do that day).
I read that calorie restriction can make you live longer and have other health benefits, as long as you get optimal nutrition.
I don’t feel deprived or hungry eating 1,400 kcals per day and I don’t want to look anorexic.
