I have been thinking about it more often, perhaps because I do have preconception health on the brain. It’s been great to have a bag of vitamins at work. I see them in my drawer and have been pretty good about taking them with my yogurt everyday (much easier to swallow). Now I just need to bring more to work.
I need to buy some vitamin Cs to add to my regiment as that’s supposed to help with ttc. I need to get over the cost of vitamins and just pick up a bottle.
Would like to be more on top of making sure the boys get their vitamins daily too…
