I do cardio, want to try yoga ...
Pilates is my biggest challenge, I’m sure that if my core muscles were stronger this would be easier. Since I would like to dissolve my belly pouch, it would make sense to do more of what will whittle my middle ;)
i used to do pilates in conjuction with cardio, and it literally changed my body (also a sensible diet i followed added to that). i want to start it up again, and now this time with yoga, becuz i hear its wonderful to do yoga and pilates together!
pilates was very challenging at first for me too, and it had some getting used to, but once you start, it gets easier and easier. it definately strengthens your core little by littel which is what is making it easier, and your stomach pouch gets smaller! when i first started it, i experienced dizziness i guess frm the steps in which you had to roll into a ball, haha and so i thought it was annoying, but definately definately attempt this challenge again if you would like to trim down your middle :)
