OK – so it’s not a meal in itself but I learnt yesterday how to make it really fluffy and light instead of the stodgy mush I normally get.
1. Soak in lukewarm water for ten or 15 minutes
2. Drain and put in a steamer – allow the steam to go fully through the couscous.
Now I need to learn how to make Lamb Tagine to go with it!
