I’m going to see the new Harry Potter movie on Thursday this week. The one theatre I work at is showing it and I called them today to let them know I’ll work Thursday so the owner can have the night off. I’m projectionist there so I get to watch the movie while working.
I just watched “The Proposal” last night at the other theatre I work at. This was a really good romantic comedy. I haven’t always liked the films of Sandra Bullock or Ryan Reynolds, but they did a good job of making me root for them. Betty White stole the movie though.

I liked the Harry Potter movie, obviously no comparison to the books if you’ve read them but it was really funny in parts! Hopefully you enjoy it. I really want to the ‘The Proposal’ and there’s another one I think it’s called ‘The Ugly Truth’ but it’s not out over here yet :(
I never really thought about projectionists being able to watch all the movies while they work, it sounds good! Perhaps I ought to look for a job in a cinema….
