I’d taken classes a couple of years ago and loved it. I’ve gotten several dvd’s on drills, isolating movements, routines, etc but haven’t used them enough to get anything out of them. I really should get a schedule and use them like going to a class again. It will probably be easier to do when the kids go back to school. I don’t perform in public – I just do it for myself because it makes me feel good.
