Tue – 35 min cardio/elliptical
Wed – 40 min hike
Thu – 50 min yoga DVD
Sat – 40 min hike with 2 four-pound weights
Sun – 40 min hike with 2 four-pound weights
2 1/2 hours of weeding, including way too much hoeing.
