I started the Kansas City Filmmakers Jubilee ten years ago. I had never been to a film festival. It started as one day showcase for locally made films. Now we are a week long festival screening works from all over the world, with major film professionals sharing their work and experiences. We have awarded over $125,000 in cash and prizes.
