I have been irritated with things in my life and surroundings for several months now and I had a boss who told me about “fighting”. He did some sort of weekly fighting that sort of reminded me of FightClub even though it was not that at all. It made me think. I WANT TO BOX. I want to have a great time learning how to properly hit and move my body while using a punching bag. I don’t want any one on one stuff – just me and the bag. I can’t help but believe this will help greatly with stress and frustration. Wouldn’t you agree.
I just need to find a place now. (northern Ky)
