A friend's challenge:

I started this, and I’m keeping my results to myself until you tell me what you notice. Get a pack of thank you cards and keep them on your bedside table. Write one out each night until the pack is empty. (it’s even better if you mail/deliver it).

What harm can it do?

And a pack of Thank Yous usually only contains 10 – 20 cards – surely you can find that many things to be thankful for! Many blessings on your more thankful journey through life!
