- Connect with each of my kids
- Enjoy golf
- Prepare for lectures on Tuesday
- Do the important (not urgent) at work
- Finish the book I was given – Inspiration by Dr Wayne Dyer
- Be whole

When I run...

... I feel whole

Physically, mentally & spiritually!

Actually, I feel the same with yoga too, but haven’t really got into yoga beyond the DVD or Wii
