Examining my list, it has occured to me that I didn’t ever really put parameters to this goal. I think that when I put this on my list I figured that I would know when I was “super fit”. Now that I’ve had more time to think about it, I’m certain I’ve come up with my definition. Once I complete several of my other goals that have to do with physical fittness, I will reach my deffinition of “supper fit”. These goals include (in order)swimmming a mile nonstop, start rowing, get a six pack, run regularly, stretch everyday, run a six minute mile, and compete in a triathlon. If I can stratch these off my list, I can stratch this off my list.
