My friend Kaela told me dat there are certain sounds or frequencies that can actually cause you to astral project, I’ve never done this though. I can’t astral project at will but I honestly have done it by accident once while lying in my bed at night. I went to what seemed like another world or deminsion, any way point being it was cool and i’de like to do it again, but I don’t have money to buy a sound track of dose frequencies. You might want to try them if you can though.
