forestfox needs some new goals
Found a lovely free yoga group near me, we practice together and it’s really nice. One of the girls is very good at yoga and suggests movements and we follow. She has thought up some lovely practice sessions. I also bought a small book with some sequences and learn from that sometimes. I haven’t been going every single day but I’m aiming for three times a week, so roughly every second day. I have been twice this week and want to go back this weekend.
