I have tried to do this program numerous times straight through. I just can’t do it, it’s too boring for me that way. So I’m going to try incorporating the workouts with other ones, namely Turbo Jam and yoga. Hopefully this will give me enough variety and stamina to complete it. I will mark this goal as complete when I have done 45 sculpting workouts, 45 cardio workouts, and 45 ab workouts.
