I have a Rider-Waite deck and I find it incredibly useful, clear and easy to use. I love the fact the symbolism is all there, so even if you don’t know the set “meanings” of the cards, you can sense what it’s trying to tell you. Makes learning a lot easier.

I’ve been using a book called Step By Step Tarot by Terry Donaldson and I’ve found it very useful so far. I recommend it to anyone learning.
