Haven’t been back in probably 11 years. This is one of the things I wanted to do on funemployment.

I was having a great time and I finally met my twin nephews, now I can’t play with them because the sore throat from last evening has turned into a mild cold. Dad picked it up for me on Tuesday and gave it to me last night. His worst night was Thursday so I can look forward to getting some sleep on Monday.

It’s about 2 AM right now. I’ve barely slept. Pretty much I am just killing time, waiting for someone to take me to the grocery store in the morning so I can get cold medicine that doesn’t conflict with my allergy medicine. Normally I’d be in the livingroom at this point trying to sleepify myself with a DVD, but my brother and sister-in-law are getting some well-deserved sleep out there.

Of course, tomorrow afternoon is when the reunion/meet the twins party is scheduled, so I can’t hug anyone I haven’t seen in 11-15 years and am going to have a hard time talking or staying awake. I should also look fantastic in theire photos.

Then the boys are leaving Sunday night, when I will still be sick. So still no hugging or playing. :(

I wonder if they have the cold medicine hidden in this state? In my state some places require you to get cold medicine from a pharmacist if it includes ingredients for crystal meth. It makes it hard to compare labels if they don’t have a type with which you are familiar.
