I got mine for Xmas a year ago. Huge surprise. A year later it’s still going strong. I sort of ruined the screen about three months after getting it, but though the display is screwed up, it still plays like new. and my god, 20 GB is a WHOLE lot of music. I have doubts as to whether I have enough music to fill it. Everything you’ve heard about it is true. If you’ve got a smallish collection, just get a nano or a shuffle, but splurge on the 30, 40, or even 60 GB model if you’re a true music obsessive.
