observe an autopsy
It's very strange.

The human body is a marvelous piece of engineering. while it is strange to watch a once living person being cut into, it is also fascinating. I used to volunteer to go to the morgue at night but I’d end up scaring myself silly thinking that all the noises I heard were ghosts.

Not really.

I volunteered at night at the hospital and that just happened to be when there was stuff going on in the morgue.

I would just...

feel secure in the thought that ghosts would haunt a place they felt an emotional connection to. They wouldn’t feel connected to the morgue. If I believed in ghosts that is. I find that live people are much scarier anyway.
