I wish I had your skill and endurance. When you showed up on Friday I was impressed you weren’t winded and were ready to party. You impressed me more when you shared that you were going to ride back too. That’s a lot of miles within 72 hours.

Of course it was the sports kilt that truly inspired my envy.

not sore though – which still
surprises me. I’ll say it again:
yoga rules.

We should start a 43T Sportkilt running/multisport group. I especially like trail running in the Sportkilt – no chafing is one bonus.

Getting ready for a sprint tri on Sunday. Looks like it will be a wet one.

Yeah, I had worn a Nike board short one day while running a while back. Won’t make that mistake again.

Have fun on Sunday. I’m doing a half marathon the following Sunday.

Ah, yes – back when I
was an ignorant runner
I used to put Band-aids
on my pen15.

It was rather painful
to remove them. Bodyglide
is much better.

That would be painful. I had to dig out my Bodyglide for the next few days after that 10 mile run in the nylon board shorts. It’s amazing how simple a solution that is to preventing friction rubs.

Break a leg in your sprint tri.
