I’ve made my recipe for banana bread for the new neighbors a few times. the husband seems to like it. stemming from that recipe, I’ve made a bread pudding. substituting clementines for the bananas, baking that bread, and using it as a base. trying to use up dated fruit that’s been forgotten here, fruit crisp has also come out of the oven. which has been made with different variations of fruit.
