tuesday 9/8 forgot to weigh myself
B- no appetite..
L- aladdins fattoush salad, pita bread with hummus (500?)
D- chicken sandwich w/ two sides of italian (600?)
total- 1100
sleep- 6 1/2 hours
exercise- 33 mintues on the elliptical, 10 minutes of stretching…elliptical was hard at first, i hadn’t been to the gym in sooo long. but after the first 10 min it was cool, i was sucked into the tv shows and forgot about the work my body was doing…was kinda sucky but still felt good after
monday 9/7B- half a belgian waffle w/ butter & syrup (500ish)
bowl of honeynut cheerios (200ish)
L- white gummi bear jamba juice smoothie (500ish)
D- grilled cheese sandwich (350), a few potato wedges (200?)
starbucks caramel frappucino (380)
S- had a few bites of churro @ sea world (100?)
total- 2230
sleep- didn’t sleep cuz it was my biiiirthday :)
exercise- walked around sea world
sunday 9/6B- caramel frappucino (380)
blueberry muffin (350)
L- birthday cake! (200?)
D- olive garden ahhhhhhh!! soo yummy tho :)
salad, 2 breadsticks (350+300)
mozzarella cheese sticks (400)
half of my fettucini alfredo (600)
root beer (150)
S- a lil more b-day cake (150)
total- 2880 OMG!! lol soooo many calories, but ended up getting sick later that night, so hopefully some of that food was able to be released back out and not attach itself to my middle region :/
sleep- 8 hours
exercise- light walk
