yesterday and today. to be fair i was just listening to them not repeating back. and today i was listening to it while doing other things, so i dont think i am really taking much in beside the odd word.

i need to make time to focus on this and listen, learn and repeat. and not try and do it while doing other things. i can do it while say cooking, but not while typing docs or searching things online cos then i retain nothing that way.

so need to do better with this. more attention and focus
