lacking in calcium and vital nutrients further on I read that you got a cold too…
This maybe due to the fact that you’re recently running around after the baby too which shows you’re not taking very good care of yourself.
Increase on your milk, fish as well as veg and fruit too.
Take vitamin supplements – calcium, spirulina and vitamin C this will kick start you to your good health goal also for exercise walk walk and more walk.
Hope this helps you.
By the way your symptoms show malnutrician (lack of nutrients due to bad diet) also you’re not drinking enough water try to start off by drinking atleast one litre a day leading upto 2 you’ll notice the changes almost immediately.
I hope I was able to help you.

which means that I have good days and bad days. I have a toolbox of tricks to use to manage my symptoms. I have been my own advocate for better health care and eventually received it. Chronic pain is often misunderstood – unless you have it or live with someone who has it, it is hard to understand or get a grasp of.
Where I live there has been an awful virus going around – everyone’s had it, has it, or is going to get it. Mine lasted three weeks and this is my fourth week and I still have a tickly nose and an upset stomach.
My daughter’s a young child, she’s very good at letting me rest when I’m sick. She’s grown up with me having good and bad days and learned empathy and compassion quite quickly.
I eat as healthfully as possible, although during this recession I’ve had to cut out my ND visits, and cut back on my supplements. I have had lots of coaching on nutrition and how it relates to health so I know what I’m doing. I also drink approximately 8 glasses of water a day, plus green tea.
Nutrition, supplements, and food requirements vary from person to person.
Thanks for your suggestions. It sounds like an area that you are interested in and still learning lots about. Keep learning – I love learning too!
