exercise- walked for about 2 hours at the bay after work with my friend..

B- half a blueberry bagel with peanut butter (250)
L- pb&j sandwich (500)

a few ritz crackers w/ peanut butter (200)
small handful of walnut pieces (100)
D- half of a slurpee (200)
was supposed to meet some ppl for dinner, but ended up getting lost and never finding the place, so i just got a slurpee and went home lol

exercise- walked for about 20-25 minutes around neighborhood
