My ankle is really a pain in the ….....

Today is slow going, especially down the stairs, because of it. I don’t know why, really. Last week I wore the Sensible Shoes all week and was rewarded with a weekend of barefoot bliss. This week I did the same and have been rewarded with ankle pain.

Time for better living through chemistry. Where is the naprexen the podiatrist ordered?
