Less than 4 weeks till closing!!

I just read someone else’s post about getting an insurance quote – when are we suppose to do that? No one has said anything about that to us. I guess I need to shoot off some emails and see if there is anything else we are overlooking.

Insurance quote

My mortgage broker reminded last week. That was about12 days out. So, you might want to do it soon. Where I am, we have to pay our first year of insurance up front. It goes into an escrow account.
