There’s a running club in my neighborhood called “The East Nasties.” They are in shape.
Run 3-4 miles usually on Wednesdays and super long runs on Sundays.

I’m hoping to soon be able to run with them on Wednesdays. I think I’d embarass myself if I showed up as I am.

So… get fit this month. Join in on the action in October. That’s the goal.
