so i live in europe. been in north america. the next continent i want to visit is asia.
but i have a question: is the canary islands europe or africa?

I’d think Europe, technically, as they are owned by Spain if I’m not mistaken, and not part of the African continent

I think you can easily make the case that they're Africa

geographically, if not politically. Although technically, being islands, I don’t think they’re part of any continent at all.
