I’ve been back to it for a couple of weeks, now that school has started up again. Yesterday’s visit was sooo great! My Little Sister’s birthday is Sunday, so I took her a gift, which she (and all her little friends) loved, and which came in very handy because they had an indoor recess due to the weather. She read the book and did the puzzle, and was able to show me her classroom and proudly introduce me to her teacher. They even had fun passing around the gift before it was opened; I wrapped it in Scratch ‘N Sniff gift wrap – big hit with 2nd-graders. :)
