I am very grateful for the citronella bark collar. Harlow is turning into a neighborhood nuisance and I was dreading a shock collar. So far, this seems to do the trick. I try not to be too vicious and only put her in it in the mornings. Thank God for a somewhat humane way to handle the issue!
