The move to somewhere else other than Alabama was only somewhat worth it. Reality sets in tho, and you find yourself struggling financially. Atlanta, Ga is not a cheap place to live compared with anywhere in Alabama and found that i enjoyed Atlanta as a visitor more than i did as a resident of..and once i moved back home i now enjoy ATL as i did before..not working 2-3 jobs just to make it. Im only 90 miles from there and can visit easily..so no big deal. I think Al is backward, but visiting Atlanta and my many friends there,keeping in touch via the web at other times keeps me connected and i don’t feel terribly out of the loop.
