Amsterdam, been there, done that, several times. There are other places in the world with higher planes of consciousness. While trekking on the outskirts of Katmandu, I ran into this wall of weed. I smoked black temple ball and listened to words of wisdom from a holy-man.

During my 5 trips to Cambodia, grass was legal. You could buy it in a market, loose or prerolled. It was so cheap that you usually buy more than you need and end up throwing a lot away. I left a drawer full in my hotel for the next guest. Here are a few shots. This first one is a seller in a market.
