lose weight (read all 103 entries…)

I can’t believe how quickly time flies when you have a baby. Since my last entry I have just continued to gain weight. Now have about 25kg to lose. Step one- get up before the baby does and have breakfast. If I let myself get too hungry I’ll eat anything- as long as it’s not healthy. So my goal for this week is just to have breakfast within an hour of getting up every day.
