Run (read all 80 entries…)
yesterday........... Saturday 2 months ago

today I drove to the bottom of the big hill with the dog, we parked and ran up it…......up,up, along, up, down the stairs, turned around and back up the stairs ( there are over 100 stairs, very steep :) 0, along, back down the big hill and then turned around and did the whole thing over again. About 40 minutes in total. The bonus of this run was the absence of traffic and goats.

How's the running?

I’m a bit sore after pushing myself a bit hard… feeling old & like joints are wearing out!

I’m heading out Wednesday morning though!

Running & loving it

I went for a run today even though I was still a bit sore from my last run & I knew it was going to be a big day.

I hope you are enjoying your running too!

Tony!

I have been off the radar for various reasons. For the last two weeks I have NOT run. But I have been hiking with various friends. Today I went on a five hour hike …...... absolutely beautiful, wish I had packed a camera. This week I am hitting the pavement again running… wise. I am feeling the need for a running goal, a half or marathon, or something like that :) . Glad to hear you are enjoying your runs again. Heather

I wish you had too :-)

I would’ve loved to have seen the pictures from your hike.

I plan to run in the morning too :-)

Well done!

I made up my mind to go running last night, but when I woke up it was raining… but I went anyway – and felt great! :-)

How’s life????

hi :)

thanks for asking…........ life is mediocore spelled that wrong :) I went for a run yesterday and though about 43 things…...started feelin guilty for not keeping touch, and then started feeling lonely in a way because 43 things is a part of me in a way. I guess I am in a lull in my life right now…....... hmmm

Great to hear from you

although sorry to hear that life is a bit mediocre.

I’m getting back into running again after exams (plus other excuses). Are you keeping up your running?

How old is your youngest? Mine turns 13 tomorrow. Miss 19 moves out to a flat next week, Mr 17 is at farm school & Miss 21 is home in the weekends for work, but otherwise flat near the university. It will seem strange having 1 kid at home.

I hope you find your spark again!

Hi Tony :)

I am back into running, have been running four times a week for the last month or so. My spark is still hiding somewhere though :) . My youngest will be 13 in April. We still have two kids at home full time, the 15 year old and the youngest. The other two are in college and are in and out but mostly not living at home. I am liking it!

Welcome back

It’s motivating to hear you’ve been running 4 times a week!

What do you need to refuel your spark & reignite your flame?

It’s funny going from a large family of 6 back down to 4 (or 3 in our case now).

I look forward to seeing you back on 43T regularly :-)
