It was not a user problem! 2 months ago

I don’t like internet service providers.

It has taken 1 week of STRUGGLE to get my 3G card working again. And different answers/ assumptions from every person I spoke to. Countless hours wasted.

Note to these people: IT WAS NOT A USER PROBLEM.

That way, the people on the other end of the phone don’t have to admit that they are totally clueless, hoplessly incompetent, or just don’t give a rat’s fanny.

My sympathies, for whatever good that does.
