MMMmmm :)

The first time I tried my hand at these. And while they probably would have been even better if I left them in the pan longer, I was so hungry ! Still, very good stuff !

My tip

for rosemary potatoes is to keep the temperature of the pan as hot as you can get it without scorching the oil: that way, you get the full flavor of the herbs, but less oil ends up in the potatoes.
