although this is 15 on top of the 20 I already lost I really need to do this… I’m hoping if I make a goal of doing SOME sort of work out every day (whether my pilates tape, tae bo, going for a jog) until all the weight is off will help for a while.. though I know I need to watch what I eat as well… but being diabetic I’m already cut off from a lot of stuff so hopefully it won’t be too bad

hard!
Keeping the weight off isn’t so hard once you’ve lost it. As long as you keep a steady diet, and exercise regularly, you’ll be alright. 2 months ago I was 135, but now I’m 150 :(. I want to lose the weight but I hurt my back, so now I’m really limited to what I can do. No running or high impact things at all which sucks, because I use to run a lot. Oh well maybe in the months to come, I’ll be alright.
Good for You!
that is amazing! i myself am trying to drop 19 lbs to get into a healthy weight area. so far i have joined a gym with my dad and hope to drop the weight this summer, so…wish me luck!
