heaps of water – filitered or spring
fresh fruit & vege
cut out sugar, preservatives, sweets, cakes, junk foods, too much coffee, packet foods, white rice or white breads
have simple meals with loads of vege
try not to add vinegar, sauces, dairy for a while etc
take a good acidophilusa bifidus supplement
eat some yoghurt
don’t eat in between meals – 4 hours or so between them
Maybe see a naturopath or natural dietician who can give you a food plan & or herbal supplements for your skin…I know also the emotions can effect the skin too so breathing, meditation & yoga or exercise, sunshine on the skin & or swimming in salt water plus flax seed oil, avocado, olive oil, fish oil, & eat some fish.
