I just signed up for a membership at LA Fitness with my mum yesterday. Turns out that they have free classes, including pilates, yoga, Latin dancing, etc. I am definitly going to try it out.
My first session with a trainer begins today at 4, so I can learn how to use the machines they have and create a workout that’s best for me. I only get 1 free training session though, so I better remember what I learn. Apparently, my mum says she’s not paying for me to go less than 3 times per week :/ This better pay off, because I don’t like to put time and a hell of a lot of energy into nothing.
One thing I noticed though, it that after my little 35 min eliptical treadmill session I was ready to hit the pillow, at 7:30! I got home and went to bed not too long after at around 9:30, which is incredible considering my battle against insomnia.
Have I just found my new secret weapon?...
