I finished Pimsleur German 1 and 2. They were GREAT! Now I’m taking Conversational German I at my community college and it’s started a bit slow but I’m glad I have something that kind of forces me to keep studying. I haven’t been using my other books or software much lately, but they do seem good; I just wish I could figure out a structured way of using them in addition to my classes.
At this point, I can understand a good amount of what I read and hear, but I’m still not confident speaking much. I think my accent is getting better, though.
