I’m 22yrs old married, and have two children. I am 5’8” and I weigh 275lbs. I am very short on cash and I would like anyone’s advice about how I can loose weight and get sexier. I am not that type of person that wants to loose a lot of weight and become anorexic, I would just like to loose enought weight to become healthier for my children and so that I am able to have more childern without complications. If you have any suggestions for me email me (cuddlefyrebug@aol.com) I am not very self motivated so give me some ideas pleaseeeeeeee. Thanks

awesome
i’m in the same situation. although i’m not married and have no children ::scratches head:: but i am 22 and i weigh 2much, w/ no self motivation. only one thing has ever helped me lose the lbs, and that is weight watchers. going to the meetings is a plus. one thing that might sidetrack you, is if you don’t have a friend or family member doing the program with you. you need a partner to keep you focused. i lost 30lbs in 2 mos when i was on it. it was me, my best friend, her sister and 2 aunts. having all of them doing the same thing i was doing, helped soooooooo much. i moved away, so now it’s just me and my chunky butt. i wish i had someone else to go to the meetings with, so i can get my sexi body back :pouts: anyway, try it, it works!
good for you!
Like a lot of people, I have had issues with my weight too. It goes up and down. But I did lose a lot and kept it off for 7 years and I intend to do just that again, although this time I will keep it off forever.
The hardest thing is getting started. Really. Just getting your mindset right.
One thing that was key for me (and I’ve told a lot of other people to try this as well) is to keep a food journal. Everyday write down everything that you eat and drink. Being honest and accurate counts. There are some online sites that will provide templates etc. It can be as simple as you want it to be. But the most important thing is to track what you are eating, when and how much. Once you see a pattern, it’s easier to see ways to get and keep the weight off. You can see where your portion control is lacking, or your choices could be better. If you want to get more complex, you can calculate how many calories to consume per day and stay inside that range (usually your target weight * 12-15 depending on activity level). There are online sites that will plan your meals for you, but they usually charge. For nutritional information, calorieking.com is the best site I’ve found. I hope this helps, if you have any questions please let me know.
